I have been a teacher for the Los AngelesUnifiedSchool District for 12 years, the last nine at Walgrove Elementary.  I have enjoyed teaching various grade levels. 

I went to school in LAUSD and graduated from UC San Diego with a double major in Art and Psychology.

I enjoy painting and staying physically active and have participated in various marathons and triathlons.  I enjoy traveling, as well.

I live in the school neighborhood with my two cats, Tocs and Punky.
