HAPPENINGS AND HELP WANTEDS FOR WEEK OF: FEBRUARY 7-11, 2011

Artwork for Education (AFE) Fundraiser I will be collecting the labeled artwork during the afternoon on Monday, February 7.  I will be shipping the artwork off to AFE mid-week next week, and we will have brochures of all the beautiful cards in mid-March for everyone to solicit and place orders.  Cards will arrive in time for Mother's Day!  Thanks so much to all of you who have helped your classes with this project.  I could not be doing this without you!  I'm sure that the teachers and students really appreciate it as well.  Best, Ginger Ramsey-Grippe, AforE Coordinator/Mom of James (1st grade) ginger129@me.com

HELP WANTED

Community Day Coordinator Needed: Monthly Saturdays, 1:00pm-4:00pm, Walgrove Campus.  This is a very important role for our school as we all want our children to learn in clean classrooms!  Please contact me if you are able to help in this much needed area.  Francine Nellis (francine.nellis@me.com) 

Coffee Cart Person Needed: We need someone to take over the coffee cart starting on Friday, February 18.  It is a GREATLY APPRECIATED gesture for the community at large, and people constantly express their appreciation for the effort, which has been a wonderful labor of love.  Our hope is that someone will pick up the baton and run with it.  Please contact Shari Gold if interested in continuing this Friday Assembly tradition: sharimgold@me.com
