HAPPENINGS & HELP WANTEDS FOR WEEK OF: DECEMBER 5-10, 2011

Principal Coffee Clatch! Please join our Principal Ms. Adams this Friday after assembly for coffee and end of year check in. She will be answering questions about our school report card issued last month as well as whatever else is on your mind as we close out 2011 and look to the new year. Hope to see you there!

Cornerstone Banner Campaign! STOP before you throw away that flyer about the ANNUAL FUND and the CORNERSTONE BANNER campaigns!! There are probably local businesses who you support who would want to support Walgrove but maybe don't know how. It's SO EASY to HELP them help us...and in so doing, help them! For as little as $250, their business will get 6 months of high visibility on our busy corner. (The details are on that flyer.)

The list below is a sample of the TYPES of businesses we are going to approach for banners - realtors, professionals services, dry cleaners, etc. (as opposed to retailers who would likely prefer to support us through donations for our auction). Please just take a look and let me know if you have any connections to these, or would be willing to ask them directly, or have additions to the list. Contact: Clare Carey (claretendai@gmail.com).

Please read the flyer and send in the slip by January 13 if your child would like to audition. You can contact me, Brooke Wirtschafter (brookewirt@yahoo.com) or Melissa Ross (melissaross23@yahoo.com) if you need another flyer, have any questions or if you would like to help.
